What to expect: For our in-person training expect a lot of hands-on experience. You will be lead through a group breathwork session daily as well as be breathe by your fellow cohort. Expect to also unpack a lot of what is ready to move within you. Yes, this is a certification for you to facilitate but it will require that you are also vulnerable and sometimes that means moving your own stagnant energy and emotions.
You will receive a certificate of completion after our 2-day in-person intensive.
There will also be a 1 month follow-up virtual meeting (10/7/26 7:00pm) to check-in, answer questions and reconnect (optional).
